Participation in the Conference is free of charge for the registered participants!
Registration is required from everyone attending the conference!
By registering as a conference visitor you will receive:
- access to the plenary sessions and all workshops and presentations in the parallel sessions
- conference materials
- coffee-breaks

If for any reason after registering you should find yourself no longer able to attend, please let us know by email (conference@movup-project.eu) as soon as possible so your place can be allocated to someone else!

If you submitted an abstract for conference delivery, please, do complete the form after you receive a confirmation letter from the organisers that your contribution has been accepted.
In case you would like to use transfer services, or facilitation for booking your accommodation, it is advisable to book your travel before registering. Your might be required to provide details regarding the duration of your stay, and arrival & departure, which depend from your travel arrangements.

Half-day school visit in one of Doga's Istanbul campuses:
- Guided visit and observation of indoor and outdoor classrooms and areas
- Meetings with teachers and staff
- Coffee & snacks
- Transfer from Kadıköy to the school and back
Add Networking Dinner
19th October
25 EUR
Conference Networking Dinner
- The dinner will be held in the Old Peninsula, with a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu (meat, chicken and fish options), as well as drinks for the evening
- Transfer from Kadıköy to the restaurant with panoramic trip in the city (approx. 17:30h)
- Transfer from the restaurant to Kadıköy (approx. 23:00h)
